７月２８日（土）に生野町黒川でNPO法人日本ハンザキ研究所主催のイベント「オオサンショウウオの夜間観察会」があります。 旧黒川小中学校を利用したこの研究所は、オオサンショウウオの調査研究や保護活動をしており、その保護プールには100匹を超えるオオサンショウウオが飼育されています。
